Luxembourg Afro-Black Excellence Leaders (LABEL) is a community-driven platform dedicated to nurturing and amplifying African, Caribbean and Black excellence — founded in 2023, registered as a Luxembourg a.s.b.l., and growing fast.
Our story
From grassroots to ecosystem.
What began as a grassroots initiative in 2023 has grown into a platform spanning cultural programming, professional networking and youth initiatives — from intimate workshops to a 1,500-person festival on Kirchberg and a black-tie gala during Black History Month.
We are building bridges between identity, opportunity and impact — creating a future where representation is not the exception, but the standard.
